The run to Halifax,
Nova Scotia, for the 250 lap Atlantic CAT event saw Scott in
the 84x Mike Rowe backup car again. Friday's practices were
spent trying to develop some speed. In the evening's time
trials the 84x posted a 14.444 sec lap for 26th out of
twenty-nine car. Starting 8th in the second heat, the 84x
fell to ninth and required a provisional starting spot for
the feature.
Sunday's activities featured a long autograph session with
the PASS cars lined up on the main straight and the fans
getting a chance to meet the drivers and see the machines
close up.
In the feature, the 84x retired in 26th position just after
the one hundred lap mark. Scott now stands in 7th in the
PASS season points. |
