2004 PASS Race 5 - DNK Select Used Cars 250

A long day of racing that
started off well with a 3rd place in Heat #6 turned sour on lap 91
of 250 when a multicar tangle in Turn 2 left the 84 with nose damage
and a punctured radiator.
The resulting 23rd place finish means Scott will drop a couple of
spots in the PASS points standings.
The heat action had been tough too, with Scott being forced into an
early spin also in Turn 2. Scott ran back to the front in the 20 lap
heat to earn the 18th place starting spot in the feature (and avoid
the 4 concis and C and B mains needed to sort out the 68 cars
entered). |
